Turning--turning is the process of processing metal by removing particles in a way that the workpiece rotates and the tool is stationary.
The process is performed on lathe machine tools.
We use classic lathes, automatic machines and CNC lathes.
Milling--milling is the process of processing metal by removing particles in a way that the tool rotates and the blank is stationary.
The process is performed on milling machine tools.
We use classic milling machines and CNC machining centers with 3 axes and a machining center with a built-in 4th axis.
Pressing-pressing is the process of shaping or cutting material by pulling material.
We use an eccentric hydraulic press of 10, 15, 25, 32, 40 tons.
CNC Milling-a processing process in which the material is stationary and the tool is rotating. It is managed using a numerical unit or a CAD/CAM program.
We use a 3-axis milling machine with a 760mm work table and a SuperSpeed milling machine with a built-in 4th axis.
CNC Turning - the process of processing and shaping parts in which the raw material rotates and the tool is stationary. We have CNC lathes with a 45mm and 51mm pass-through spindle, as well as CNC lathes with powered tools.
At PIJENJE, we are able to offer the service of sawing all types of materials up to 270 mm in size as an independent service or as part of the material processing phase.
BENDING - horizontal bending up to 30mm.
CUTTING SHEETS - that is, steel up to 2.5 meters long and 5 mm thick.
From all of the above, it is evident that in order to successfully carry out daily activities, it is necessary to have a machine park that will enable us to process metal. Currently, we have various tools and machines in our production facility, such as:
